Gary Ouillette joined the MA. DOC as a CO upon his discharge from the USMC in 1977. In 1988 Gary developed the MA. DOC Stress Unit for SE MA. He held that position until his retirement in 1998. At that time Gary developed RESPOND the Corrections and Law Enforcement Assistance Program. Today Gary and his wife Aida a 30 year retired CO and Deputy Sheriff continue providing services to their Corrections family and First Responders and their families around the country.
