Williams & Williams to Auction Medium Security Detention Center in Littfield, TX on July 28th

Bill Clayton Detention Center offers attractive turn-key opportunity and ready workforce

TULSA, OK – A unique opportunity to acquire a turn-key medium security detention center will be offered when Williams & Williams Marketing Services, Inc. auctions the Littlefield, TX-based Bill Clayton Detention Center on July 28th at 11 am CDT. Built in 2000 and updated in 2005, the Bill Clayton Detention Center stands on 30+/- acres and includes 94,437+/- sq ft of space. It consists of five one-story air-conditioned buildings with a capacity for 383 inmates in five housing pods. The buildings are situated behind a strengthened perimeter of double fences with an electronic shaker detection system and eight video surveillance cameras. Approximately 10 acres are contained within the fence. The facility also has a freestanding gymnasium, maintenance shed, armory and parking lot.

Also conveying with the real estate on auction day are furniture, linens, computers, kitchen supplies and other equipment used in the operation of the facility.
